FAQ
Everything you need to know to get started
This is a DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) portfolio. A stop-loss will lock Your losses permanently. Instead, the bot averages the position by opening additional entries on dips, reducing the average entry price. This allows the position to recover when the market rebounds — without closing at a loss.
The most common causes are: setting your own stop-loss, which may close the position before recovery; having an insufficient account balance to support the full DCA cycle; using fixed copy amounts instead of ratios; or experiencing slippage during order execution. Slippage is an unavoidable factor in copy trading because copied orders are executed after the lead trader's orders and may be filled at a slightly different price. In volatile markets, this difference can be significant and may cause your results to differ from the bot's performance. Always follow the lead trader's settings exactly, use ratio-based copying, and ensure you have the recommended minimum balance.
The minimum deposit is specified in the bot parameters. The recommended deposit is 2× the minimum deposit or higher. Always use a fixed copy ratio, never a fixed amount. Use the same leverage as the lead trader. Never set your own stop-loss.
This is a deliberate approach to maintain a strong Sharpe ratio and attract quality subscribers. When statistics deteriorate, the account may be restarted to restore strong performance metrics. This is not a liquidation — it is a controlled stats reset to present the best possible track record.
Short portfolios have been tested but produced unstable results that were difficult to manage consistently with the DCA methodology. This area is actively being researched and short positions may be incorporated in future portfolio updates once a reliable approach is identified.
No. Manual actions on the account — closing positions, changing the leverage, or placing manual orders — will break the DCA algorithm's logic. The bot precisely tracks position sizes and entry levels. Any interference can cause the algorithm to behave incorrectly, leading to unrecoverable losses.
Yes. We recommend withdrawing profits regularly, typically after the balance has grown by 25–50%. However, before making a withdrawal, you must ensure that there are no open positions. Withdrawing funds while positions are active disrupts risk management and may lead to full liquidation.
Yes, but you must notify the team first. You will need to wait for the monthly recalculation before positions are closed and funds are released. Stopping without notifying the team risks an IP block, as it disrupts the lead trader's active DCA sequence.
The minimum deposit for Binance copy trading is $1,000. We recommend starting with at least this amount to ensure your account can support full DCA averaging sequences without running into margin issues. Smaller amounts significantly increase the risk of a forced position closure.
You earn 10–20% of your subscribers' PnL, plus 10% of the commissions they generate. This creates a passive income stream that grows proportionally with the number and size of your subscriber base.
Trading via API fully avoids copy-trading slippage, reduces trading fees, and keeps your performance statistics aligned with the master account.
Payments for API trading are processed once per month via an internal exchange transfer to the specified account ID.

Risks & Important Rules

Account Reset
If account statistics are not strong enough to attract subscribers, a reset may be required. This is not a liquidation — it is a controlled stats reset that restores strong performance metrics for the track record.
Loss Recovery
If a month ends with a net loss, trading continues in the next period without any profit commission being charged, until all losses are completely recovered. You never pay fees on losses.
Liquidation
In the rare event of liquidation, losses are not covered or reimbursed. However, the account balance is replenished to its pre-liquidation level before normal trading resumes and profit sharing restarts.
