FAQ
Everything you need to know to get started
Some DCA portfolios manage risk through staged entries rather than a fixed stop-loss. This can increase drawdown and liquidation risk during prolonged market moves, so review each portfolio's parameters and allocate only capital you can afford to lose.
Copied results can differ because of order timing, slippage, fees, account size, leverage, minimum order sizes or manual changes. Use the portfolio's published parameters and the exchange's copy settings, and expect some difference from the lead account.
Start with the minimum copy amount shown in the portfolio parameters and use the exchange's proportional copy mode where available. Match the published leverage and risk settings unless the exchange explicitly recommends otherwise.
Short portfolios have been tested but produced unstable results that were difficult to manage consistently with the DCA methodology. This area is actively being researched and short positions may be incorporated in future portfolio updates once a reliable approach is identified.
Manual position changes, leverage adjustments or additional orders can make your account diverge from the lead portfolio. If you need to intervene, first review open positions and contact the team so the effect on the copy sequence is clear.
Yes, but reducing the balance while positions are open can change margin usage and copied order sizing. Check the exchange account and coordinate the withdrawal before changing the allocated balance.
Yes. Review open positions first and notify the team before stopping so you understand whether the account is in an active DCA sequence and how the current billing period will be settled.
Each portfolio has its own minimum copy amount. Open the portfolio page and check Parameters before connecting; amounts below the published minimum may not reproduce every position or DCA entry correctly.
Lead-trader eligibility and revenue-sharing terms are set by each exchange and can change. Review the current Binance, Bybit or BingX program terms before applying.
API execution can reduce some copy-trading delay and give the strategy more direct control over order placement. Slippage, fees, latency and exchange constraints can still cause results to differ.
Payments for API trading are processed once per month via an internal exchange transfer to the specified account ID.

Performance Variability
Returns, drawdown and trading frequency change with market conditions. Recent leaders can underperform later, so compare several periods and review the strategy parameters before connecting.
Loss Recovery
If a month ends with a net loss, trading continues in the next period without any profit commission being charged, until all losses are completely recovered. You never pay fees on losses.
Liquidation
Leveraged crypto trading can result in liquidation and loss of all allocated capital. Losses are not covered or reimbursed; use only funds you can afford to lose.
